What Is Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine
PRM is a primary medical speciality responsible for the prevention, medical diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation management of persons of all ages with disabling health conditions and co-morbidities. It explicitly addresses impairments and activity limitations to facilitate their physical and cognitive functioning (including behaviour), participation (including quality of life), and modification of personal and environmental factors.
